A company is looking for an Insurance Premium Payment Associate to support premium payment and billing-related services.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming inquiries related to insurance rates, premium payments, and billing questions
Process member premium payments and document all activity in the computer system
Deliver excellent customer service while handling inbound phone calls and routing calls as needed

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED (required)
Minimum of one year of customer service phone experience, preferably in a call center environment
Strong computer proficiency and ability to work across multiple systems
Ability to work from home with reliable internet access and a quiet workspace
