Job Summary

A company is looking for an ICHRA Solutions Consultant to serve as a subject matter expert in ICHRA, supporting sales and account management efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Stay updated on ICHRA regulations and develop comprehensive knowledge of the ICHRA market and related products
• Support sales managers and brokers in the sales process, managing relationships and driving revenue through lead qualification
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance educational materials and improve ICHRA product and process solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent
• An Insurance Producers License or the ability to obtain one within six months of onboarding
• Experience in healthcare operations and knowledge of the ICHRA market
• Client-facing, sales, and presentation experience
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and collaborate across teams
