Insurance Product Development Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the product lifecycle, the full-time hybrid Insurance Product Development Manager will manage the development, maintenance, and delivery of insurance product offerings while ensuring compliance with regulatory mandates and optimizing product-related processes.

Key responsibilities

• Leads planning and execution of changes to the insurance product portfolio in a complex regulatory environment
• Collaborates with Product Managers on strategies for new product launches and modifications based on market conditions
• Ensures compliance with legislative mandates and oversees product deployment in partnership with Actuarial, IT, and Underwriting stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Development or the Insurance industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) preferred
