Insurance Product Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Development Senior Professional to support the product development life cycle for insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical product development, including insurance policy form and coverage development
• Serve as the business representative for Agile development teams, providing specifications for product changes
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform product enhancements and new offerings

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Insurance Product Development or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) or other related insurance designations preferred
• Scaled Agile Certification (SAFe) may be preferred
