• Analyze vendor data and market research to provide insights for underwriting and product decisions
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of training materials and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Typically, 3+ years of experience in P&C insurance, product development, or underwriting analytics
• In-depth knowledge of P&C insurance products and regulatory requirements
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, SAS, VBA) preferred
• Experience with insurance product filing processes (SERFF)
