Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Product Director / AVP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain personal lines insurance products at a national level
• Analyze and monitor insurance product performance to drive continuous improvement
• Manage relationships with key insurance departments and legislators to facilitate approvals

Required Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance product management
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• CPCU designation preferred
• Regulatory compliance experience
• Direct experience applying customer lifetime value concepts to pricing and profitability decisions
