Job Summary

To drive product performance and market success, the fully remote Product Management Lead Consultant will analyze market trends, develop growth initiatives, and provide strategic recommendations across insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends and product performance to guide strategy and execution
• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance profitability and market share
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of personal lines insurance, including policy forms and exclusions
• 5 or more years of relevant experience in product management or insurance
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools like Power BI
• Proficiency in Excel for managing and analyzing data
• Property and Casualty license preferred
