Insurance Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager (Remote, US).

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of state-level product updates, from intake of requirements through release and post-launch follow-up
• Partner with Insurance Product and business stakeholders to clarify priorities, scope, and sequencing
• Translate regulatory and underwriting requirements into clear product requirements, timelines, and dependencies for Engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Product Management or a related role
• Professional experience in personal lines insurance, with strong knowledge of insurance product management and familiarity with state regulations
• Experience executing regulated product changes with fixed timelines and low tolerance for error
• Strong organizational and project management skills, including managing multiple state-specific workstreams simultaneously
• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable execution plans
