Insurance Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Product Manager to drive state expansion efforts and manage insurance products for independent agents across the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and calibrating homeowners program for established and new states, including underwriting eligibility and coverage offerings
• Assisting with rate filings and regulatory approvals to ensure timely compliance
• Collaborating with Technology and Operations teams to implement and launch products in new states

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in insurance product management and development roles
• A degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• Solid technical skills, particularly in SQL, for data analysis and manipulation
• P&C insurance experience is required; homeowners insurance experience is a plus
• Experience with insurance product compliance and state launch is advantageous
