Insurance Product Manager

Job Summary

Insurance Product Manager, responsible for developing and managing insurance products in a full-time role, overseeing product implementation and performance to meet strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical execution
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to define product direction and go-to-market strategy
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years experience as an Insurance Product Manager or similar role in the insurance industry
• Knowledge of insurance products, policy forms, underwriting, pricing, and product development
• Familiarity with Excess & Surplus Lines markets preferred
• Strong project management and time-management skills
• BSc/BA in Business Administration, Insurance, Mathematics, Statistics or relevant field; Masters Degree preferred
