Insurance Product Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of insurance products, the full-time salaried Insurance Product Manager will manage a subset of offerings including home, renters, and small business insurance, while conducting user research, defining feature requirements, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the creation and management of a strategic product roadmap that aligns user needs with business goals
• Oversee existing products and define new features based on consumer feedback and validation of customer use cases
• Conduct extensive user research to uncover insights that inform product development and measure success metrics

Required qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in product management, preferably in the financial industry
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience in project management and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with Agile scrum workflow and the Product Owner role
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
