Insurance Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Product Manager to drive state expansion efforts and bring insurance products to independent agents across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and calibrating homeowners program for established and new state entries, including underwriting eligibility, coverage offerings, premium rates, and proprietary models
• Assisting with rate filings and Department of Insurance correspondence for timely regulatory approval
• Collaborating with Technology and Operations teams to implement and launch the product in new states

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in insurance product management and development roles
• Degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Statistics, or similar field
• Solid technical (SQL) and analytical skills for quantitative analysis
• Ability to identify and define complex business problems and develop analytical frameworks for solutions
• P&C insurance experience required, homeowners insurance experience is a plus
