Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Services Consultant (Insurance).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct discovery sessions with agency stakeholders to understand workflows and processes
Design project scopes and develop comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs)
Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and other teams to ensure project alignment and success

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Professional Services or Consulting related to complex software implementations
5+ years of experience in the insurance industry with knowledge of agency workflows
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Ability to visualize complex projects and create actionable implementation plans
Familiarity with Applied products is a significant plus
