Job Summary

Insurance Professional Services Consultant, a full-time position focused on managing and scoping complex software implementations in the insurance industry, conducting discovery sessions, designing project scopes, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions with agency stakeholders to understand workflows and processes
• Design end-to-end project scopes and develop comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and other teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services or Consulting related to complex software implementations
• 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry with knowledge of agency workflows
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to visualize complex projects and create actionable implementation plans
• Familiarity with Applied products is a plus
