Insurance Program Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing insurance practice, the full-time remote Insurance Program Analyst will analyze and optimize insurance program performance, turn data into actionable insights, and leverage technology and AI to enhance business strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze insurance product and portfolio performance to identify trends and support strategic initiatives
- Build and maintain dashboards and analytical tools to provide insights on product performance and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into clear recommendations for stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in analytics, insurance, underwriting, or a related role within the property insurance industry
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools, preferably Sigma
- Understanding of insurance product principles and factors influencing performance
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive solutions from problem identification to execution
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for using AI and emerging technology in analytical processes
