Insurance Program Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Relations Representative - Insurance Program Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a front-line resource for clients, assisting with coverage setup and guiding them through the binding process
• Support day-to-day operations by maintaining organized and accurate client records and ensuring effective communication across teams
• Proactively identify client needs, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to ongoing improvements in client experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Communications, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in client-facing roles such as hospitality, customer experience, account coordination, or service industries preferred
• Willingness to obtain P&C license if not currently licensed (training/support provided)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and openness to learning new systems
• Proactive, organized, and customer-focused with a positive attitude
