Insurance Programs Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the development and management of insurance programs, the part-time Manager, Insurance Programs will oversee day-to-day operations, serve as a key resource for stakeholders, and maintain relationships with external partners, all while working remotely and not exceeding 25 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the administration and implementation of assigned insurance programs and related services
• Serve as the primary resource for internal stakeholders regarding insurance program inquiries and requirements
• Develop and maintain relationships with insurance carriers, brokers, and other external partners to ensure effective service delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business or related disciplines
• 4-8 years of experience in insurance program management or a related area
• Intermediate industry knowledge and experience
• Entry to intermediate managerial skills with a focus on policy and strategy implementation
• Strong ability to communicate complex insurance concepts clearly to various stakeholders
