Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality & Training Lead in Insurance Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and scale the Quality Assurance (QA) program, including call audits and scorecards
- Design and deliver training programs for new hires and ongoing education for existing staff
- Manage the insurance licensing process and maintain compliance tracking
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in insurance operations (agency, brokerage, or carrier)
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license or willingness to obtain one quickly
- 2+ years of experience in training, quality auditing, or performance coaching
- Ability to analyze data and identify skill gaps for training initiatives
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and capable of building processes from scratch
