Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality & Training Lead in Insurance Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and scale the Quality Assurance (QA) program, including call audits and scorecards
  • Design and deliver training programs for new hires and ongoing education for existing staff
  • Manage the insurance licensing process and maintain compliance tracking
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in insurance operations (agency, brokerage, or carrier)
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license or willingness to obtain one quickly
  • 2+ years of experience in training, quality auditing, or performance coaching
  • Ability to analyze data and identify skill gaps for training initiatives
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and capable of building processes from scratch
