Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality & Training Lead, Insurance Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and scale the Quality Assurance program, including call audits and scorecards
- Design and deliver comprehensive training for new hires and ongoing education for existing staff
- Manage the insurance licensing process and ensure team compliance
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in insurance operations (agency, brokerage, or carrier)
- Active P&C license or willingness to obtain one quickly
- 2+ years of experience in training, quality auditing, or performance coaching
- Ability to analyze QA data and translate it into training initiatives
- Experience in maintaining knowledge bases and operationalizing new requirements
