Insurance Quality & Training Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality & Training Lead, Insurance Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and scale the Quality Assurance program, including call audits and scorecards
• Design and deliver comprehensive training for new hires and ongoing education for existing staff
• Manage the insurance licensing process and ensure team compliance

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in insurance operations (agency, brokerage, or carrier)
• Active P&C license or willingness to obtain one quickly
• 2+ years of experience in training, quality auditing, or performance coaching
• Ability to analyze QA data and translate it into training initiatives
• Experience in maintaining knowledge bases and operationalizing new requirements
