Insurance Rating Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Rating Supervisor to oversee the underwriting support team and ensure compliance and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises daily workflow and performance of the underwriting support team, providing guidance and conducting performance reviews
• Audits new business and renewal policies for compliance and quality control, ensuring proper documentation and instructions are followed
• Provides training and support for team members and collaborates with other departments to maintain relationships and ensure continuity in processes

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Associate degree in business or related field preferred
• Five years of commercial lines insurance experience, including experience with rating
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Associate in General Insurance (AINS) designation preferred
