Job Summary

Qualifications and Requirements
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within the insurance industry
  • Experience recruiting technical and licensed positions in insurance brokerages and agencies
  • Strong understanding of insurance terminology, licensing requirements, and market dynamics
  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
