Qualifications and Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within the insurance industry
- Experience recruiting technical and licensed positions in insurance brokerages and agencies
- Strong understanding of insurance terminology, licensing requirements, and market dynamics
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
