Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for insurance-specific roles, from structured intake through offer acceptance
• Conduct detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity in ATS and monitor recruiting metrics to adjust sourcing strategies

Qualifications and Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within the insurance industry
• Experience recruiting technical and licensed positions in insurance brokerages and agencies
• Strong understanding of insurance terminology, licensing requirements, and market dynamics
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
