Job Summary
Insurance Regional Sales Manager is a full-time hybrid role focused on the Insurance industry, responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts and generating new business through strategic engagement and complex sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage a named account list within the Insurance vertical, driving upsell and expansion opportunities
- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles and establish C-level relationships across various functions
- Execute targeted outbound strategies and maintain high standards of pipeline management and forecasting accuracy
Required Qualifications
- 10-12 years of enterprise Software and SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota
- Experience selling into the Insurance industry and understanding its complexities
- Demonstrated success in managing named accounts and large, complex deal cycles
- Proficiency with core sales tools such as Salesforce, Clari, and Salesloft
- Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate the value of AI-driven insights and solutions
