Job Summary

A company is looking for a Counsel (Insurance Regulatory).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor legislative and regulatory activity, analyzing changes and communicating updates to stakeholders
• Coordinate market conduct examinations and ensure accuracy in responses to regulatory findings
• Draft regulatory filings and support internal and external audits related to insurance regulations

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to a state bar in good standing
• 5+ years of relevant experience in insurance regulatory matters
• Foundational knowledge of U.S. insurance regulations, particularly for surplus and property and casualty lines
• Experience with regulatory filing and compliance
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and coordinate work across various teams
