Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reports using Power BI to support business decision-making processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for reporting solutions
• Integrate data from various sources within the Azure tech stack, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in report development, focusing on Power BI and Azure technologies
• Proficiency in Power BI and experience with Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Synapse Analytics
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling and ETL processes
• Strong domain experience in P&C Insurance products across various functions
