Job Summary

Processing and monitoring unpaid third-party insurance accounts, the full-time Insurance Representative will prepare and submit claims, follow up on outstanding balances, and ensure compliance with billing regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit insurance claims to payers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Proactively follow up on outstanding insurance balances and resolve payment issues
• Conduct trend analyses and manage appeals for denied or underpaid accounts

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; post-secondary courses in accounting or business are beneficial
• Six months of related work experience required
• Essential computer skills for processing claims and managing accounts
