Insurance Review Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Central Review Analyst to provide support for customer inquiries and review auto insurance estimates.

Key Responsibilities

• Review auto insurance estimates for accuracy and compliance with program mandates
• Provide feedback and coaching to appraisers to enhance program compliance and development
• Process customer orders, bills, and accounts while balancing multiple priorities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' automotive appraisal experience or related experience in an auto body shop
• 1-2 years' experience as an insurance re-inspector or desk reviewer preferred
• Experience with estimating platforms such as CCC One/ADXE/Mitchell
• Ability to self-manage workload effectively
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel
