Insurance Review Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Central Review Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Review estimates for accuracy, compliance with program mandates, and provide feedback to appraisers
• Process customer orders, bills, and applications for service, maintenance, and termination
• Balance multiple priorities while delivering a high-quality work product in a team-oriented environment

Required Qualifications

• 3 years' automotive appraisal experience
• 1-2 years' experience as an insurance re-inspector or desk reviewer preferred
• Current knowledge of the CCC One/ADXE/Mitchell estimating platform
• Ability to self-manage workload
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
