Job Summary
To support multiple client companies, the part-time Insurance Risk Interviewer will place outbound calls to life insurance applicants, conduct medical and financial interviews, and ensure quality assurance of collected information while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to life insurance applicants to complete medical and financial interviews
- Gather and review medical, financial, occupational, and avocation histories during interviews
- Utilize call management systems to log call attempts and document interview results
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background in medical terminology
- Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Teams
- Comfortable navigating technology and call management systems
- Availability for shifts from 10 am - 7 pm Central Time, including Saturday hours
