Placing outbound calls to life insurance applicants, the part-time Insurance Risk Interviewer will conduct medical and financial interviews remotely, ensuring accurate information collection and quality assurance for multiple client companies.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to complete life insurance medical and financial interviews with applicants
- Gather and review medical, financial, occupational, and avocation histories during interviews
- Utilize call management systems to log call attempts and document information accurately
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical terminology background is essential
- Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Teams, with strong technological navigation skills
- Availability to work from 9 am to 6 pm Central Time, including Saturday hours
- Training will follow a 10 am to 7 pm schedule
