Job Summary

Conducting life insurance medical and financial interviews via telephone, the part-time hourly Insurance Risk Interviewer will place outbound calls, gather applicant information, and ensure quality assurance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Place outbound calls to life insurance applicants and conduct interviews to gather necessary medical and financial histories
• Review and edit collected information for quality assurance and document call results using the C4 call management system
• Respond to client and management requests professionally while adhering to compliance and safety policies

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with telephone interviewing or customer service preferred
• Familiarity with call management systems and documentation processes
• Ability to work a rotating Saturday schedule as required
• Willingness to learn specific client requirements and adhere to compliance standards
