Insurance Risk Principal Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Risk - Principal Associate (Remote-Eligible).

Key Responsibilities

• Review loan documentation and insurance policies to ensure compliance and resolve deficiencies
• Analyze insurance certificates and policies for accuracy and adequacy
• Evaluate risks associated with insurance deficiencies and manage waiver processes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, focusing on commercial risk, underwriting, or compliance
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree or military experience
• 4+ years of experience with Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac Multifamily Loans
• Certifications such as Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), or Certified Risk Manager (CRM) are preferred
