Insurance Sales Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Sales Manager to drive profitable growth within a defined geographic area.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the sales team meets daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Monitor Salesforce activity and provide coaching for continuous improvement
• Expand agency footprint and engage new agents while serving as the primary relationship manager

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree, or CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor), or CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) Insurance Designations required
• Minimum of 3 years managing sales processes in the Non-Standard or Personal Lines Auto Insurance industry
• Minimum of 2 years of direct people management experience
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is required
• Must have a valid Driver License
