Insurance Sales Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Advanced Sales (Remote Option).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide information and assistance in complex insurance financial planning situations
• Develop proposals and sales tools, and provide technical assistance to Sales Managers
• Assist Agents and Managers in more technically complex sales as needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Analytical ability to study and comprehend complex insurance laws and regulations
• Successful experience in insurance sales with CLU and/or CHFC designations preferred
• Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and wide authority in program development
• Ability to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
