Insurance Sales Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Manager, the full-time remote position will focus on new client acquisition and long-term account management for LAH and Property & Casualty Insurance Licensing, requiring strong sales performance and effective customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Scheduling and conducting meetings with customers to identify prospects and present product offers
• Conducting effective sales presentations both onsite and virtually while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products
• Identifying and qualifying prospective customers through research, networking, and cold-calling, while following up on all leads promptly

Required qualifications

• B.A./B.S. degree required
• 5+ years of successful experience in sales and account management
• Strong technical/software aptitude
• Experience selling and negotiating at the C-level
• Proven track record of achieving high growth against ambitious targets
