Job Summary

A company in the insurance industry is looking for an Insurance Sales Manager.

Position Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of remote licensed insurance agents in selling Property & Casualty insurance
• Analyze and take appropriate action on agent performance data to increase sales production per agent
• Identify training needs and evaluate current training methods to maximize individual performance and unit flexibility

Qualifications

• 5+ years agency/brokerage experience with increasing levels of management responsibility
• Active resident and multiple state licenses
• Call center experience
• Analytical skills
• Proficient in Agency Management Systems
