Job Summary

A company in the insurance industry is looking for an Insurance Sales Manager.

Position Responsibilities

Lead and coach a team of remote licensed insurance agents in selling Property & Casualty insurance
Analyze and take appropriate action on agent performance data to increase sales production per agent
Identify training needs and evaluate current training methods to maximize individual performance and unit flexibility

Qualifications

5+ years agency/brokerage experience with increasing levels of management responsibility
Active resident and multiple state licenses
Call center experience
Analytical skills
Proficient in Agency Management Systems
