Job Summary
Leading a team of remote insurance sales agents, the full-time Insurance Sales Manager - RI Licensed will drive sales initiatives, provide mentorship, and ensure operational excellence while working second shift hours.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor sales data and conduct daily team huddles to identify opportunities and share best practices
- Advocate for adherence to policies and manage team schedules, timesheets, and performance reviews
- Partner with Talent Acquisition for hiring and onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the team
Required qualifications
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 3+ years of direct leadership/management experience required
- 6+ years of insurance sales experience with a proven track record of success required
- Valid Personal Lines License upon hire required
- Valid Life License and insurance designations within one year required
