Insurance Sales Supervisor - P&C License

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Sales and Service Supervisor I.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team to maximize business results and employee satisfaction
• Coach and mentor sales and service representatives to support their growth and development
• Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and improve team performance

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer service leadership role
• Must hold a current Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines License in at least one U.S. State or be able to obtain it within 30 days of starting
• Advanced knowledge of insurance systems, policies, and procedures
• Understanding of personal lines insurance
