Insurance Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Senior Accountant to join their accounting department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and company policies
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field required
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in the insurance industry
• Knowledge of GAAP, STAT, and financial reporting
• Familiarity with accounting software and proficient in Microsoft Excel
