Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding billing, online payments, renewals, and cancellations
• Process policy change requests and review coverages
• Retain customers by addressing cancellation objections and upselling ancillary products

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in property and casualty insurance is preferred
• A Property and Casualty License is preferred but not required
• Strong commitment to customer service with adaptability to various customer situations
• Effective time management skills and ability to perform well under stress
• Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office products
