  • Interacts with other departments to resolve customer requests

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of relevant customer service or administrative experience preferred
  • Proficiency with computers
  • Intermediate level of skill in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to maintain a dedicated work-at-home environment with high-speed internet
