Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Insurance Service Assistant, Commercial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter and retrieve information using computer systems and applications to update records, obtain information, and respond to questions and problems
  • Answer questions related to billing and insurance forms/documents, take payments, and process other insurance transactions
  • Interact with other departments to help resolve customer requests

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant customer service or administrative experience preferred
  • Proficiency with computers
  • Intermediate level of skill in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to meet work from home requirements
