Job Summary

Insurance Services Representative is a full-time position responsible for the collection and resolution of outstanding insurance receivables, including unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims, while managing high claim volumes effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and resolve outstanding insurance receivables
• Handle high volumes of claims efficiently
• Communicate effectively regarding insurance issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent
• Computer and keyboarding skills
• Prior experience with EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory preferred
• Experience in Revenue Cycle or healthcare billing preferred
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
