Insurance Services Representative

Job Summary

Responsible for the collection and resolution of outstanding insurance receivables, the full-time Insurance Services Representative I will efficiently manage high claim volumes and communicate effectively while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and resolve unpaid, denied, and underpaid insurance claims
• Handle a high volume of claims accurately and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding insurance matters

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Computer and keyboarding skills
• Prior experience in healthcare billing or insurance preferred
• Familiarity with EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory systems is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
