Insurance Services Representative

Job Summary

Responsible for the collection and resolution of outstanding insurance receivables, the full-time Insurance Services Representative II will effectively manage high claim volumes, communicate with clients, and serve as a resource for team members in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and resolve unpaid, denied, and underpaid insurance claims
• Communicate effectively with clients and co-workers to ensure efficient handling of claims
• Display quality work habits and serve as a resource for management and level I co-workers

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in revenue cycle or related duties
• Experience with EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory systems
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills
