Insurance Services Representative

Job Summary

Responsible for the collection and resolution of outstanding insurance receivables, the full-time Insurance Services Representative will efficiently handle high claim volumes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage collection and resolution of unpaid, denied, and underpaid insurance claims
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding claim status and inquiries
• Perform duties in alignment with organizational mission, values, and service standards

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills
• Prior experience with EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory systems preferred
• Experience in revenue cycle, healthcare billing, or insurance is advantageous
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
