Insurance Services Representative

Job Summary

Responsible for the collection and resolution of outstanding insurance receivables, the full-time Insurance Services Representative will efficiently manage high claim volumes and communicate effectively in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and resolve unpaid, denied, and underpaid insurance claims
• Handle a high volume of claims while ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to support resolution efforts

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Computer and keyboarding skills
• Prior experience in EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory settings
• Experience in revenue cycle management
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
