Job Summary

Responsible for the collection and resolution of outstanding insurance receivables, the full-time Insurance Services Representative I will handle high volumes of unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and resolve outstanding insurance receivables, including unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims
• Communicate effectively to manage high claim volumes accurately and efficiently
• Perform duties in alignment with organizational mission, values, and service standards

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Computer and keyboarding skills
• Prior experience in EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory settings
• Experience in healthcare billing or insurance
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
