Insurance Services Representative

Job Summary

Responsible for the collection and resolution of outstanding insurance receivables, the full-time Insurance Services Representative I will manage unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims while working remotely in a high-volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and resolve outstanding insurance receivables, including unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims
• Communicate effectively with clients and insurance companies to ensure timely resolution of claims
• Handle a high volume of claims efficiently and accurately in accordance with company standards

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills
• Prior experience with EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory preferred
• Experience in healthcare billing or insurance is beneficial
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
