Insurance Services Representative

Job Summary

Responsible for the collection and resolution of outstanding insurance receivables, the full-time Insurance Services Representative will manage high volumes of unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and resolve outstanding insurance receivables, including unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims
• Communicate effectively with clients and insurance companies to ensure timely resolution of claims
• Handle a high volume of claims accurately and efficiently while adhering to company standards

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills
• Prior experience in healthcare billing or insurance preferred
• Familiarity with EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory systems is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
