Insurance Services Representative

Job Summary

Responsible for the collection and resolution of outstanding insurance receivables, the full-time Insurance Services Representative I will manage unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims while effectively handling a high volume of claims in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and resolve outstanding insurance receivables, including unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure efficient claims handling
• Perform duties in alignment with the organization's mission, values, and service standards

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• No prior experience required
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word preferred
• Customer service skills are advantageous
